So I have volunteered and my family has agreed to let me cook dessert, brave souls that they are. (They must have finally forgotten the pumpkin pie fiasco.) I have decided to make Bourbon Chocolate Pecan Pie. I am using Emeril’s recipe, cause people say that his recipes are WYSIWYG. I figured that if I pour enough bourbon in there, it will end up turning out okay.
Gotta go and start baking away….
